Pahadi Market is a platform dedicated to bringing authentic Kinnauri products directly from local farmers and women-led Self-Help Groups (SHGs) to your doorstep. Every purchase supports sustainable livelihoods in the Kinnaur region of Himachal Pradesh.

2. Account Registration
- Eligibility: You must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering into legally binding contracts to create an account or place orders.
- Accuracy: You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and checkout.

3. Products and Pricing
- Authenticity: Our products are sourced directly from Kinnaur farmers and SHGs. Product descriptions, images, and specifications aim to be accurate but may vary slightly due to the artisanal nature of production.
- Pricing: All prices are in Indian Rupees (₹) and include applicable taxes. We reserve the right to modify prices at any time, but changes won't affect orders already placed.
- Availability: Some products, especially seasonal and handcrafted items, have limited availability. We'll notify you if an item becomes unavailable after you place an order.

4. Orders and Payment
- Order Acceptance: Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or reject orders at our sole discretion.
- Payment Methods: We accept UPI, credit/debit cards, net banking, and Cash on Delivery (subject to availability).
- Payment Security: Payments are processed through secure third-party gateways. We don't store your full payment card details.
- Failed Payments: Orders will be canceled if payment fails. For Cash on Delivery, we require a valid phone number and delivery address.

5. Shipping and Delivery
- Delivery Areas: We currently ship across India. Shipping to remote/hill areas may have longer delivery times.
- Shipping Fees: Free shipping is offered on orders above ₹5000. Below this, a flat fee applies.
- Delivery Timeline: Orders are processed within 24–48 hours, with delivery typically taking 5–7 business days. Remote areas may take 7–10 days.
- Risk of Loss: Title and risk of loss pass to you upon delivery to your specified address.
